I go above & beyond industry standard service; for example, in a commercial kitchen or bar, with every visit; I clean out, attempt to unplug, and treat floor drains; I sweep and mop under appliances; and I treat wasp and hornet nests, or flies as needed automatically. Your current pest control company would charge you premium fees for the regular services that I would routinely provide on each service visit. Again, I have much more time to devote to your business than the LARGE PEST CONTROL CORPORATIONS.

Produce could introduce roaches or fruit flies, employees or customers could introduce roaches or bed bugs, and floor drains could harbor and propagate fruit flies by the hundreds. Treating these issues are not the primary solution; understanding their introduction, and taking corrective action is; then following up with pest monitor inspections to confirm; Veteran Commercial Services simply has more time to include these services with each visit than the 

LARGE PEST CONTROL CORPORATIONS can regularly provide.

I use immediate (repel, and remove,) and long term (nonrepellent, including baiting) control methods. To be successful, this requires a careful and complete survey inspection to determine both pest modes of entry and their destinations. To anticipate future pest issues, I monitor all conditions conducive to pest activity, such as exterior doors, drains, sinks, water heaters, wall/floor penetrations and refrigerators. To implement effective strategies, I continuously coordinate with staff to get the most up to date sighting information. If an effective control measure requires a “late night after closing, or early morning before opening” service; that is exactly what shall be done- without an added fee, which is the very definition of 

Business Coordinated Integrated Pest Management.
